Welcome to the AIRTally App (the "App"), provided by Bomberger’s Store Inc. ("Bomberger’s", "we", "us"). By using this App, you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

The App is a browser-based tool designed to help users reconcile Ace Hardware electronic invoices with physical inventory. The App processes data locally in your browser.

2. No Guarantees & "As-Is" Status

  • Accuracy: While we strive for precision, we do not guarantee that the App will perfectly reflect your invoice data or inventory. Functional errors may occur.

  • Availability: We provide this App for free at our discretion. We may modify, update, or discontinue the App - or begin charging for access - at any time without notice.

  • No Warranty: The App is provided "as-is." Bomberger’s disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding its performance or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Data Handling

The App does not utilize a centralized cloud database for your invoice data. All project files, CSV data, and invoice imports are stored temporarily in your browser’s Local Storage. You are responsible for exporting or saving your data; clearing your browser cache or switching devices will result in data loss.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use this App only for lawful purposes related to inventory management. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the App or use it to interfere with the services provided by Ace Hardware or Bomberger’s.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bomberger’s be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

6. Data Privacy

Your invoice data and project files are never uploaded to our servers or stored in a cloud database.

  • Processing: All data manipulation happens within your browser.

  • Storage: Data is saved to your browser’s Local Storage. We cannot see, access, or recover this data for you.

7. Information We Collect

While your business data stays local, we do collect certain information to improve the App:

  • Usage Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Mixpanel to track user engagement (e.g., buttons clicked, features used). This helps us understand how the App is performing. This data is used strictly for internal evaluation by Bomberger’s.

  • Feedback Form: If you use our feedback form, the text you provide is sent to us via email. We use this information to address your suggestions. This data is not stored in a database and is used solely for communication and improvement purposes.

8. Cookies & Tracking

The App uses cookies or similar tracking technologies via Google and Mixpanel to identify return users and analyze traffic patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some functionality may be affected.

9. Third-Party Services

This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ace Hardware. We are an independent company providing a tool for Ace Hardware clients.

10. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
